Sync planned feedback with Linear issues
We use Linear as the source of truth for engineering work. When a feedback request is accepted into the roadmap, Gleam should be able to create or link a Linear issue, keep status changes in sync, and show the Linear issue reference to the team without exposing internal details on the public portal.

Customize the public portal to match our brand
The hosted portal should feel like part of our product, not a separate feedback tool. We need controls for accent color, logo, icon, corner radius, button style, and a few layout choices so the public board can match the app and marketing site more closely.

Email notifications for replies and status updates
Customers should be able to subscribe to a request and receive email when the team replies, merges the request, moves it to planned, starts building it, or marks it shipped. The emails should be clear, branded, and easy to unsubscribe from.
